Abseiling

Get to grips with gravity as you descend the heights of sea cliffs and mountain quarries, no experience needed, just a bit of courage.

We'll guide you on a journey along the beautiful coast of Gower, or in the Mountains of the Brecon Beacons. Along the way you'll be taught the skills you'll need to take on bigger and bigger challenges, until you find yourself in some outrageous and heart thumping situations.

No previous experience is required as I'll teach you everything you need to know. For this activity you'll be kitted out in a harness and helmet, you'll need warm clothes, sturdy shoes and steady nerves!
