Self rescue course - March 18th

Outdoor Matters are running a Self Rescue for Climbers course on March 18th at Box Bay, nr Bridgend, South Wales. The day will cover the skills needed to escape sea cliffs, help a stuck second and solve common problems that climbers face in the great outdoors.

The Cost of this potentially life saving course is just £25 per person, and is aimed at keeping climbers safe out there.

To attend you need to be competent at leading Severe and above, bring your own personal climbing equipment including a helmet and 2 prusiks and enough stuff to keep you warm, fed and happy for the day.
