Rock Climbing Taster: Experience rock climbing for the first time, reach new heights and experience what it feels like to be 'on the edge'. No experience required, just a sense of adventure! 

Guided Climbs: Be taken up some of the best climbs on South Wales from sea cliffs to inland gems.

Learn to climb: Learn the basics from equipment to movement on the rock. 

Moving Out: If you've been climbing indoors and want to make the move outside onto real rock then join us on a skills course to learn everything you need to know to get out and find the adventure.

Indoor Climbing: The all weather option - learn the basics, improve your moves or learn to lead. 

Learn to Lead: Once you're ready its time to try life on the sharp end. Add a new dimension to your climbing as we teach you how to lead traditional rock climbs.

Rock Improver: So you can climb, but what's holding you back from reaching your potential? This course will develop your movement technique and technical skills, helping you climb harder and safer.

Sea Cliff Climber: Develop new skills and learn how to manage the risks that come with sea cliff climbing.

Self Rescue for climbers: This is for experience climbers who want to know that they can deal with any situation if things go wrong.
